ECX liquid diamond coated carbide spiral router cutter

Design:
Solid tungsten carbide (HW).
Same diameter for shank and useful diameter.
Four positive and four negative wings with spiral form, chip breaker/finishing and bottom plunging portion (Z4+4).
Positive axial angle with chip flow toward top side, fine finish on workpiece bottom side.
Negative axial angle with chip flow towards bottom side, fine finish on top side workpiece.

Application:
High performance on finishing process, plunge cutting and grooving on boring machines and CNC machining centres.
High performances with high working feed rate.
For machining top and bottom double side faced chipboard and MDF.
**To be used with clamping devices for CNC machining centres.
