HSS and TCT Serrated Steel Knives

We machine all our knives in house to an incredible 2-4 microns – performed fully submerged in water to maintain metal integrity. We balance all our serrated knives to the Weinig standard of 0.2grms / 0.4grms. We have three square faces to reference for easy setting.

Available from stock in 4mm, 5mm, 8mm thick in cut sizes to bar lengths. Our grade of steel is our own combination of materials and chemicals produced from development and independent research. We offer high quality engineered products to cater for almost all types and makes of machinery such as Wadkin, Weinig, SCM & Leadermach. We hold in stock over 12 tonnes of raw material to ensure constant quality and ensuring continual price structures.
