# Window Tooling

### Since 1981 Tooltec have been planning and realizing a complete range of window tooling with clamping system for the windows, furnish and every type of standard and special production. During the years we have manifested a constant searching engagement in new technical solutions to satisfy a growing productive demand.

Our tools are compatible with all major makes and brands such as Homag, Biesse, SCM, Masterwood and all wood working machinery.

One very important point for the improvement of our quality is the certification ISO9001 that together with a production system always conformed to the BG TEST norms and the new EN 847-1 rules, offers more guarantees to our customers.

In order to obtain these quality results, our company has been structured with a totally automated productive system, from the planning (obtained with a CAD system), in order to pass to the production (CAM system) and finally the quality control. Our constant application of new technologies and the particular attention to search and use of new materials, grant us a high standard quality which means for our customer an increase of quality and quantity production. Tooltec has a sales network in the UK, Scotland & Ireland.

**Newform**

Newform is the innovative system developed in compliance with standard DIN 68121.

Therefore if constructions are made state-of-the-art and according to the original project, newform makes it possible to pass the strictest tests concerning permeability to air, resistance to wind and air tightness.

**IMPROVED STYLE: **New and more balanced sections, a modern and extremely attractive style guarantee the perfect adhesion of paint to surfaces, as there are no sharp edges.

**IMPROVED EFFICIENCY OF GASKETS:**The rabbet or contact gasket on wood and not on aluminium ensures a much better heat and sound insulation.

**NEW CONCEPT:**This system which combines metal and wood, exploits all the natural heat insulation provided by wood and the performance of aluminium.

**CENTRAL NODE AND IMPROVED TIGHTNESS: **The central node with self-positioning strip reduces installation time and guarantees improved water tightness without affecting the well-balanced style.

**CT 626- Combined Planer Head with Pressure Springs**

This has staggered knives which are reversible standard HM knives. The different thicknesses allow you to obtain the desired length. It has anti-rotation connecting pins.
